Just a couple of finishing touches to complete... I wasn't happy with the appearance of the pipework to the rear of the lobby...
...so I cut couple of pieces of leftover skirting, mitred them and glued a square piece of 6mm MDF on top. A couple of coats of paint to match the skirtings...
...et voila! Much neater.
Having painted the walls, the original stair rail has been re-fitted to the wall and sealed using decorators caulk.
All the painting has been completed in the hallway.
...and the front door furniture has been refitted after a final polish.
Now for a spot of carpeting...

All that remains now is to furnish and dress it... over to Jacqui! I shall leave you with a selection of room views with a few "arty" shots for good measure...
